NOT non-stick coated - otherwise good frying pan
Tried everything; these are NOT non-stick pans and the bottom was hopelessly discolored after a short time - after a month they looked years old (yes, I know how to properly care for pans). Even with low temperature and repeated baking after the first attempts, the surface didn't become non-stick, it all comes down to using lots of oil - just what I was hoping to eliminate. They clean up well, even if they get stuck in the food, that's all. They're strong, don't warp, and heat evenly, but for the price I paid and the reviews I read, I was expecting a nonstick pan.
