Also warm, easy to clean. Proper care is important

Excellent product. Bought another set for another location. It is used constantly, replacing other pans. Follow-up August 16, 2020 Two phrases continue to be used consistently. Receive TLC during and after use. Still works as advertised. Highly recommended.

Got nonstick too quickly

When I first got these pans I was amazed at how nonstick they were but it didn't last long. The big pot is now sticking so badly that soaking it in water for a long time won't work. I have to use Bartender's Helper and elbow grease to remove the egg residue. These pans have always been hand washed. I am very disappointed in her short life.

Great pans for the kitchen and dining room

I really like these pans. I bought an induction cooker and my previous stainless steel pans didn't work. I studied pans, I wanted the highest quality, I tried one pan and I liked it, so I bought two more. Ultimately I plan on completing the set because they are awesome. Not only excellent quality on the induction hob, but also beautiful pans. Very happy with my choice.

Great ceramic pans!

Great pans! I seasoned them right before first use and I need very little cooking oil. I was thrilled when my egg dishes slid straight out of the pan onto the plate, just like they advertised (trust me, I had my doubts when I first saw it on TV). I also like that they cook the food evenly on a very low heat. I wish I would have known about them years ago to buy them but I think it's never too early.

Great induction egg pans

I needed good cast iron egg pans for my induction cooktop. I've been using them for several months and they are excellent. First of all, the non-stick coating works. Second, the non-stick coating proved durable. Third, the big, long handles make it easy to flip the eggs, and because they don't get hot, I don't need hot gloves to use the pans. Very satisfied. I will come back in a year and update this review with durability ratings.

Great Induction Non Stick Pans

I am very happy with these pans. I primarily use an 8" egg pan and a 10" skillet for regular cooking. They have a nice solid induction base that works really well on my Electrolux hob. Ceramic coating is an excellent non-stick surface. In 6 weeks of daily use I haven't had a single instance of food sticking to these pans. Fried eggs, scrambled eggs, chicken, small steaks cook evenly and do not burn. I also appreciate that the pots are completely oven safe, so dishes that start on the stovetop…

NOT non-stick coated - otherwise good frying pan

Tried everything; these are NOT non-stick pans and the bottom was hopelessly discolored after a short time - after a month they looked years old (yes, I know how to properly care for pans). Even with low temperature and repeated baking after the first attempts, the surface didn't become non-stick, it all comes down to using lots of oil - just what I was hoping to eliminate. They clean up well, even if they get stuck in the food, that's all. They're strong, don't warp, and heat evenly, but for…

Thrown away in a week for dinner sets

We really liked this product. About a week. And then the 10-inch pan's enamel began to chip near the handle. We were all ready to buy a 12-inch pan when the downside became apparent. As disappointing as the quality of the product was, the manufacturer's customer service was just as bad. We expected them to replace the pan, but after exchanging emails (they don't have a support phone to take calls), sending photos of the problem and a copy of the receipt, we were told to go first to work with…
