I have an old Delta Contractor saw with a few upgrades. The type of saw I have doesn't come with any dust collector other than the "mound" on the bottom. This fits perfectly in the space below the table saw and above the rail. With the elbow attached, I can easily connect a dust extractor to it. And while it doesn't have a sealed case, it does an excellent job of picking up the dust generated by the saw, reducing the mess I make when using it. The sheath itself is thick material and I haven't had any issues with the quality or usage. I am happy with my purchase.
