Great value and an instant improvement in the cleanliness of my table saw

I have an old Delta Contractor saw with a few upgrades. The type of saw I have doesn't come with any dust collector other than the "mound" on the bottom. This fits perfectly in the space below the table saw and above the rail. With the elbow attached, I can easily connect a dust extractor to it. And while it doesn't have a sealed case, it does an excellent job of picking up the dust generated by the saw, reducing the mess I make when using it. The sheath itself is thick material and I haven'tโ€ฆ

This works great for power and hand tools

I have an old small Delta table saw that I wanted to rebuild to collect dust. The casing around the saw was difficult to manipulate but I put it under the saw and it works great. Now I have very little dust on the floor. The only thing I don't like is that the socket is so close to the floor that I have to bend down several times to get back to my system. Dust gets through this find but fines don't, so I bought a 4" Scd-40 PVC pipe and cut some couplings. A great connection that allows me toโ€ฆ

does just that, what it's supposed to do, despite what the naysayers whine about.Big Gulp bolted to a 7" x 16" x 3/4" piece of plywood - the leading edge worked great for 3 mounts, and a fourth with a thin one Washer secured it just in front of the circular air intake - which in turn was mounted on a vintage metal stand with an adjustable stem, allowing me to use it for a variety of purposes. Finally I attached a 4 inch elbow to the nipple to reduce stress on the hose and secured the latterโ€ฆ

Works very well with a lathe.

Now I can use this cap on multiple parts on the lathe. I hooked it up to a Powertec wall mounted dust extractor. I also bought a Powertec 4" clear flex hose that fits perfectly into the outlet (I was concerned about the fit as some comments were unable to find a proper fit but it worked for me) . Since filming tends to throw shavings and dust everywhere, I wasn't expecting a 100% solution. But it seems to handle almost all fine dust and large amounts of chips well, and I'm more concerned aboutโ€ฆ

Huge and mobile in vacuum cleaner and dust collector parts

Like others I will use a piece of wood on a tripod e.g. B. a table top, and then attach the flat edge of it to the edge of this "table". I use it as a mobile dust collector for various grinding discs and wheels as well as a few small spiral saws and jigsaws that don't really have room for special suction attachments. Also, if I use a hand sander, random orbit sander, or even just hand sandpaper, that will come in handy. Then I can just move it to catch the streams of material flying out of myโ€ฆ
