Will not fit all Blitz Gas Cylinders. I have three different models of Blitz gas cartridges. Each of them fits these caps differently. Model #50810 works best. This is a 2 gallon tank model. I would say that this model fits perfectly and meets the expectations of the product. Fits snug and tight, no leaks. I was able to hold the tank upside down when full and had no problems. The second best fit was model #31733. Five liter gas cylinder. There was no leak, but something was clearly wrong. It didn't leak, but if I pulled on it very hard it could jump over the threads and cause a leak. As for the leak test, I held a full can on a slope for about a minute and nothing came out. Satisfactory fit for leak-free transport. The worst fit was Blitz #50833. Another five-liter canister. The lid leaked like a sieve when tilted and filled. The fit was not even satisfactory for transport. It will expire as long as it hangs. The cap did not fit properly and when tightened it popped off the threads easily without effort. Definitely a big disappointment. This could explain why Blitz went out of business. Along with stupid people handling combustibles and lawsuits. There is no consistency in their production methods. And adjusting the setup cost on the production line to accommodate some engineers or developers changing their minds. Threads and nozzles shouldn't change much over time, regardless of tank size. Compliance with manufacturing processes is very important. I'll try to post photos of the tanks and model numbers for better verification.
