Resurrected my 390!

Great! I mounted this on my 1965 Ford Galaxie with a 390. Mid-range engine, bored, .495 cam, heavy duty cast iron heads, Edelbrock Performer 390 intake manifold, MSD ignition, short headers and full 3" exhaust with flow masters. It should perform well and the Holley 4150 I had on it was fine. This Edelbrock carburetor brought my engine to life, it's a very different machine. Easy to install and the right tune on the box worked so well I wouldn't risk messing with it. Works perfectly, much more powerful and smoother than my holly which it replaced. The only adjustment I made was to tighten the idle screw a bit. I only changed it twice with minor adjustments to get what I wanted. You can't go wrong buying this carburetor for probably any mild engine up to 400cc. It's not often that a product convinces me. You can't go wrong with this easy-to-use product made in the USA. Thank you Edelbrock!
