04/27/2018 - Has served well for a little over a year but has waned quickly in the last month or so. Although it has never deformed! That non-stick coating gave way. Maybe because of washing in the dishwasher? I'm not sure. I will say that I had a guest who was able to overheat it while cooking. I also want to put the empty milk cartons back in the fridge. Such a guest. Who knows, maybe it would have taken longer. For $21 I wasn't expecting a cephalon. I will try the $31 pan shown in fig. Maybe it takes 2 years! Just take a look. 02/12/2018: I've had this pan for 5 weeks now and it hasn't warped - I use it about every other day. I cook everything on it, from salmon to bacon and eggs to pancakes. It's just the right size to give me plenty of cooking space, but most importantly, it's also dishwasher safe. The design is discreet enough that I can leave it on the stove even when I'm not using it. I don't have to crank the heat to the max to cook food. Finally, I always take it off the heating coil after cooking. This helps pots, pans, etc. to look nice. I believe that leaving it on the heating coil after cooking will warp it. Update 4 days later to show product is not warped and looks fine on my stove.
