This is a great nozzle if the tool and material are right for this nozzle. There is very little wiggle room to adjust the depth of cut. Minimum depth is approximately 12mm (including the tip of the nib) - just under 1/2 inch. If you need a deeper hole you can extend the bit by about 3mm or maybe 4mm before it hits the job before the bit goes into the clamp. If you use a jig thicker than 6 mm (1/4 inch), you will gradually lose drilling depth. If depth and adjustability aren't a concern, the drill bit has nice sized through holes and is really easy to remove. Assembly if you need to clean the chips.
