I would like to start by saying that I am a lover of appliances, especially kitchen appliances. I bought this on a whim after bringing home a huge box of kiwifruit from Costco. The delivery took a long time but it was worth the wait. It takes a few minutes to figure out how to use, but you can seriously peel an entire box of kiwifruit in under a minute. First, simply remove the middle knife from the ring and use it to cut the kiwi in half (although I prefer to use a regular knife). Then place the "x" wire in the middle of the kiwi half and push it in until it stops. Firmly grasp the kiwi in one hand and rotate the kiwi peeler 360 degrees. Slide the kiwi peeler over the plate/bowl and the kiwi should come out nicely diced. After using it for the first time, I immediately bought 3 more to give away to friends/family. Looks/sounds useless but you won't regret buying it!
