Way out of square, if that's relevant to your application.
Smell isn't as strong as some reviews had me imagining. It isn't a bad smell, it's very similar to new tires.One issue, which mattered for my application, is that the sheet is nowhere near square. So if you need to use the full sheet, or were counting on using most of its area for cutting out smaller, squared pieces, you'll need to take that into consideration. And it's more than slightly off, it's immidiately noticeable with the naked eye. Again, if you need a full square sheet, it'll be unusable.
