UPDATE: Eye Remover DID NOT WORK. I'm not even sure if the piece of metal at the top was meant to remove potato eyes; It is completely blunt, without contours. I think it might just be for looks. Yes, the blade cleans my veggies well, but when I need to remove potato eyes, I need a dual blade. Original Rating: It works REALLY well. This is a mid-range product. It's way better than any metal you can buy at the grocery store, but it's not the best quality. Not much attention was paid to detail in the making of the blade (it actually looks like it was accidentally "wavy" cut and has a few burrs), but it cuts really well and looks like it will last forever keep.
