Works for me (RAV4 2011). However, a very small difference in curvature is sufficient. You will need to replace the odd hose to the radiator and the clamps on all hoses on the connector and radiator. The original clamps, although they seem strong, were quite worn when I tried to reattach them, at least where the overflow hose (strange hose) goes to the radiator. It later turned out that the original clamps around the large hose connection were also leaking - the clamps were worn out; Clamps need to be replaced. In general it works. Cheaper than buying the whole part.
