The ability to have multiple conversations with one person at once, easy communication between our sales team and customers are some of the best parts about using this software! I wish this program had more templates for emailing specific emails, instead sending an entire template which can be overwhelming to clients who don't know how to use their computer well enough to find what they need within those pages. This platform has saved us time in communicating back and forth with potential new clients. It allows me to respond quickly so we aren't left waiting weeks or months before engaging them again.
