Review on 🔍 Spicer 46470 Engine Oil Seal by Mark Colbert

This is one star due to the condition of the seals when I received them. This is not a negative review for Spicer as they make quality parts. I believe this is a storage/handling issue that has exposed the seals to moisture which is causing the rusting problem. Whatever the case, no one should receive new parts in such poor condition. This is a huge inconvenience and delay in getting work done. There should definitely be better controls.
