I love that we are able manage all our customer data, both historic information as well at current status (eg Bookings)This is very useful when it comes down to finding who has not responded/ booked yet!Venues 360 also allows us access so many other platforms via API's which makes life easier for me personally being an admin!! Nothing really - just make sure you have everything working correctly before implementation if issues come across during your trial period then they will be solved quickly by their support team! Try them out with no risk involved- great product & super friendly people behind this software too.
We use VEI throughout my role here ensuring every new client or existing clients bookings flow seamlessly within site management system keeping everyone informed along way about any potential changes / problems etc.. The system was easy enough for my staff, but also gave me insight into what they were doing that I needed clarification about or wasn't clear at all! This is such an important tool if you have multiple locations with many different clients/customers using your service - it gives us insights we wouldn’t otherwise get as far back tracking emails individually over so much information would be required (which takes too long).
