Review on 🚴 Cygolite Metro 700: Powerful USB Rechargeable Black Bicycle Headlight by Joshua Jemison

This is a very very good and bright light. I have an older model from the same manufacturer that uses AAA. This is a significant design improvement in almost every way. Even the grommet/grommet has a notch that will hold it in place when removed from the handlebars. The set screw is cone shaped with a matching receiver meaning adjustment on the fly is very easy. If you drive through the city and then hit unlit streets, you will quickly realize that the ability to direct the light is very important. I would buy it again but not recommend without mentioning two things. It's a USB rechargeable device, meaning you'll be stranded thinking about keeping it charged. You can throw an old USB backup in your backpack, so it's not much different than an extra AAA set. My biggest concern is that mini USB is not micro USB, which means you have to go back five years to find an old phone charger cable. Everything I see on the shelf today is used by Micro or by Apple. So if you don't have the discipline to carry around a mini-USB, you're out of luck.
