So I have positional sleep apnea. The first attachment is before my Woody pack, the second attachment is wearing the pack.1). The shoulder straps are and material is very soft and light.2). The air bladder has a one way easy to use valve (inflated breathing easy in about a minute).3). The product quality looks and feels good (like a lot of thought went into to the design).I will follow up with a longer term update in the future. Thanks
