
I prefer less transparent materials because they print smoother. Less tendency to get stuck/leaving a bunch of cobwebs everywhere. This does not refer to the Bu-Mat but to the thread in general. Natural PLA prints like oil but when you start adding these dyes it changes the properties of the material and then you get more issues with bonding, tension, poor surface finish etc. This red material goes through my hot end pretty much like the same naturally. PLA is good. What's bad: I ordered red and gray came. The label they put on the outside of the vacuum bag says red, but the label on the roll itself says gray. I have attached photos.
