It's easy to use, it has all of my patient info in one spot which makes scheduling easier! I dislike that sometimes there are errors with billing codes or insurance providers not paying correctly for procedures performed at other facilities (even though they've been paid through your system). Also some fields don't have any options available so you can only choose from what was previously used before but this isn’t always accurate either if you're looking up something specific like an X-ray report number. If you want everything about each procedure/patient under 1 roof then go ahead because its great having them organized together as well as being able to quickly access information when needed.
