I like that it allows me to see all of my appointments in one place, as well as have access to patient information when needed. It's easy for patients who are not computer savvy or do not know how to use computers at all. The program can be updated easily with new features added frequently. Sometimes there isn't an option available right away if something needs updating, which makes things take longer than they should sometimes. I dislike that sometimes there are errors with billing codes or insurance providers not paying correctly for procedures performed at other facilities (even though they've been paid through your system).
