True to description

Used under rug on linoleum floors. Slipping did occur when I stepped on it PRIOR to putting my rug over it. It was quite comical and slick on the floor. After heavy rug was placed on top, padding remained in place and provided ample amount of cushion. This was used under rug for a baby that has learned to sit and beginning to crawl.I am pleased with the quality of the padding as well.
