Having this product available for my 1997 Mercury Grand Marquis at a very competitive price was a great experience. I was a bit hesitant to order online but decided to give it a try. The generator was delivered as promised, well packaged and complete with diagnostics. My mechanic was impressed with the look/assembly of the diagnostic confirmation after a hassle free installation. In addition, the product comes with a 2-year warranty, which can probably be extended with a credit/debit card guarantee. Update: It's been over a year now and this alternator has been great!
