When it comes to providing excellent customer service, empathy and understanding are two qualities that are extremely important to me as a life guide. I am sorry to say that I was unable to locate that at FieryRed. Even though their team of specialists may be well-versed in their wares, they do not have the capacity to comprehend the requirements of their clients. Their counsel and support came across as chilly and impersonal, which left me feeling aggravated and like I wasn't being heard. It's disheartening to see a store that purports to put the requirements of its customers first fall so short in terms of empathy for those customers. I won't be purchasing at FieryRed again, and I certainly wouldn't suggest the store to anyone who is interested in having a more customized shopping experience.
