Unfortunately my Gray loves this toy because he learned VERY quickly that disconnecting the top center section (where it hangs) would result in a very fun and amazing sound/image when the toy falls to the bottom of its cage. I've hung it several times (it always got skewed), and every time he gets up and cuts the ropes at the top, the toy falls down (nothing else is eaten or touched!) and he goes about his work. He just loves to watch him fall! It's cute and fun, but the creators of the super birds never seemed to think there could be a better way to hang the toy. It's only held together by the little blue clip in the picture, which wraps around the same material that makes up the rest of the toy. It's all designed to be destroyed, but he started by saying most birds would stop chewing. So it's a good toy if your bird doesn't immediately take a stunning bite. If your bird has a taste for puzzles and loves seeing things fall to the ground, you should look elsewhere. I wanted to include a picture of our gray sitting on a toy (no idea what's going on in his crazy little head) but can't figure out how to add a custom photo. I will increase it when I find out if this product allows it. Update 9 December 2014: So the top of the feed bag was cut off almost immediately and I got creative using hooks (metal hooks that actually snap) to attach it from the back of the bag (where he can't reach them) . ) on the side of the cage. It seemed like it was going to work great, but the bird tricked me again. rzunimag. He destroyed the side walls to almost create a hammock for himself. Right now I can't even be disappointed. He has provided him with various entertainment options and I have not yet replaced him. Keep in mind that it no longer works as a grocery bag. This ship has sailed, and a gutted taco would be a better description. Maybe our gray is just weird (seriously, I wouldn't hesitate to say he's weird) but it never really worked for him as a food toy, more like a chew toy. That being said I still think it should keep the original 4 star rating as it offers a different type of chew/experience at a price very similar to what we pay for toys we expect from that it will be chewed up. week anyway.
