The drivers didn't load and I couldn't install them as administrator. I had to download drivers from Realtec. After installing the drivers, the device was recognized. However, when I tried to turn on the device, it failed. I've even gone so far as to completely remove my internal WiFi card, but the device won't turn on. Looking at the reviews, I see that many users have had no problems with this device. I don't know why it didn't work on my laptop. I tried many different processes but still couldn't get it to work on this machine. It worked on another laptop I have, so the product works. Just not with this car. Operating System - Windows 8.1 with recent updates. Notebook HP 15-R136WM. This device also does not work on any of my HP laptops. Kadi is investigating this matter. I have returned the device and am receiving a product from another supplier.
