I am very satisfied with this closer. they provide the instruction and 1:1 drawing for all installation cases(left/right, inside and outside). so, the installing was very easy without confusion.the hold-open feature is also very nice working. actually, I had to use the foot latch to move my bags whenever I open the door. but I don't need to use this because the door is still opening at 90'angle.I am also satisfied with the reasonable price.

- The door closer is difficult to adjust to ensure proper functionality
