I never, or almost never, review. It must be really incredible or really awful for me to review it. This falls into a truly incredible range. I've been making pizza dough with the hook that came with my kitchen mixer for 30 years. I had to stop about every 30 seconds and continuously slide the dough off the hook. Forever and ever! This new hook is designed so that the rotation of the hook causes the dough to fall continuously without you having to stop and scrape the dough! Wow! LOVE IT!
