Review on Portable Anchor Plate for Utility Winches - Black by Chris Destruction

I've used the portable anchor plate a few times with a Warn 1700 portable winch. The anchor plate can be attached to almost any suitable anchor point using the chains provided. Using a tree harness and a D-bar, I climbed down from the trees. I hooked the chains to the receiver hitch attachment points and winch from the back of my truck. I have mounting points on the front of my truck that I could use as well. The chains are held in place by slots cut in the anchor plate. The length of the chains can be adjusted independently, allowing the winch to pull at an angle to the truck. I pulled magazines this week. Next week I will be using the winch plate to tow the zero turn mower onto a trailer and transport it to the shop. The anchor plate makes my Warn portable winch very versatile. With at least a tree strap, at least 2 D-Clamps and a logging chain you have excellent products to complement the use of a Warn 1700 anchor plate and winch.
