I've had budgies, one at a time, for many years and everyone has always had a favorite toy that I can't put down. If I change toys to stimulate the bird, only one practical toy remains. My current budgie can't live without it so I bought another one to have on hand in case the current one needs to be replaced. He likes the combination of the bell and chains and the sound of the bell and harness when he grabs the chain with his foot. Considering that what he has in the cage now has survived six years of daily use, the toy can definitely be called durable. The size is perfect for a small bird and not overwhelming at all. – Debbie Lee Wesselman.
