Low max RPM for tools and equipment

For a cheap, lightweight battery powered buffer, I say it's exactly what the advert says it is. Works well, easy to use and definitely lightweight. The only drawback is the maximum speed. It lends itself well to final polishing or sealing and is easy to use. Not for any kind of actual color correction. He doesn't have the strength for that. Still a good tool to have in your toolbox.
