Review on 3 Pairs Gel Heel Cups For Plantar Fasciitis, Heel Pain Relief - FSA/HSA Eligible Men & Women'S Inserts by Phil Anderson

Translucent silicone "cup " for your heel, it's like insoles w/o insoles

The item arrived in a re-sealable bag and contained 6 pairs. It looks slightly different from the ones pictured as these are translucent instead of white, but it works the same. You can put them over your socks (if you wear any) or just wear them normally so they cushion your heels as you walk. It's like having extra-bouncy insoles, and they do feel pretty good. The problem is getting them to STAY ON as you try to shoehorn your foot into your shoe. You have to really loosen your shoes, slip your foot in, then re-tighten your shoe. And even though it is stretchy, those with very thick ankles may feel a bit tight. As for whether they help with heel pain and such? Hmmm. I don't know yet. Give me a month and I'll tell you. But it does make my heel feel better. And that alone, may be worth it.

Pros
  • Relieves pain associated with plantar fasciitis
Cons
  • The gel heel cups may add bulk to the shoe
