Bought to replace a similar Cost Plus item and expecting it to be better given the price and reputation. While it works as advertised, it falls short of "unbranded" for two reasons: It's weak. The two plastic stalk knobs don't fit well together, and the cheap way of twisting them allows them to suddenly overlap when you're holding them. Be careful not to cut your hand with the sharp plastic stuck in your palms! "The foil knife is useless. Cost Plus' old cutter worked like clockwork, while the Rabbit foil knife has a flimsy blade and easy-grip handle design that doesn't do the trick unless you apply a ton or so of pressure while the cutter is spinning. So it works, but hardly.
