It was easy to set up initially and I was happy to see it could work with up to 5 devices. However, I was disappointed when I came to Europe. Skyroom worked fine with just my phone connected, but when my girlfriend connected to it, we took turns disconnecting from the wifi. You will then try to enter the password and it will say it is wrong. To fix you I had to turn off Wi-Fi, turn off my phone and turn it back on. After I connect, my girlfriend will disconnect and she has to start the same process. In the end we only had one device connected. Battery life was great initially but after a few charges it only stayed charged for a few hours, thank goodness I had a battery to hook it up to. Skyroam was recommended to me by a friend of mine because they really liked it so I may have just received a faulty device but in my experience it's not worth the money and I will definitely never use their services again.
