Very handy spring loaded latches
I bought these to keep the door closed and they seem to work very well. The springs are strong enough, I don't think they will bloom on their own. However, they can still be pushed back easily and remain open by turning the latch. Because they are made of stainless steel, they must be durable and not corrode over time. The only thing I found a bit odd was that the mounting screws were designed to countersink, but the holes in the latches were not. It would probably be better to either make countersunk holes or include countersunk screws. Although they worked fine.
