Impossible to navigate due to touchscreen issues (terrible customer service)
The M2 seemed to be a great choice having already owned a couple of other VanTrue dashcams but it was a big letdown upon plugging in. I have been having a really hard time with the touch screen, especially with the date and time. The mirror itself seems well built. This may be a firmware issue. I will update this review if I hear back from VanTrue.Update: got a reply from VanTrue and downloaded the necessary firmware. Noticeable improvement on UX. My last update will be after the hard wire install.
- G-sensor automatically saves and locks footage during sudden impact or abrupt movements
- Rear camera angle is limited
