After using this adapter continuously for about 2 weeks, it will hold up very well with no signs of wear! The ports and connections to the MacBook Pro are very solid and stable. I take it with me when I need to give presentations from my laptop and need to use HDMI for the display and USB ports for flash drives or a mouse. This is very handy as it's so small and compact, but it has basic ports that the MacBook Pro doesn't have, like HDMI and USB 3.0. I love the design and the size. This is the smallest adapter I have, but it has the same number of ports as my other one. There are no complaints about the data transfer speed. They are exactly as advertised. The quality and durability also seem to be very good. The adapter goes very well with the MBP aesthetic. I definitely recommend this product if you have an MBP that doesn't have any ports other than USB-C.
