Just moved to different Office and switched over

I like how easy it was for my son's pediatrician office staffs (and myself) who were not as tech savvy with computers/email etc.,to learn this software quickly! It also has all of our financial information stored so we can easily access any info at anytime if needed or required by insurance companies!! There are some things about PXI which could be improved but nothing major - just minor issues here & there where they do work well together however when something isn't working properly right away then maybe its time switch providers? We have been using their services since 2008 without having an issue until recently after moving offices from one location downtown into another building further out towards Uptown area near Morningside College campus. This new facility does NOT allow internet connectivity through wifi connections therefore had no way other than phone line connection thru landline service provider such Verizon Fios Service Provider located within same complex /.

  • Prompts you throughout your process to make sure everything is ok before finalizing transactions helps reduce errors due diligence checks done ahead

  • Almost everything is ok
