Review on 🍳 Premium GreenPan Paris Pro 11pc Ceramic Non-Stick Cookware Set in Sleek Grey Finish by Robin Williams

These pans are still admired today. I cook (and bake) a lot. I've occasionally had a few ceramic coated items over the past few years. I bought a set of Calphalon Try Me pans and was disappointed because the coating didn't hold up even though I was very careful. I have a small Green Gourmet pan that holds up well. I bought the set at a great price on Prime Day so that counts towards my rating. I didn't use all the parts as I have another modern nonstick nonstick set. But the ones I used worked great. They heat up quickly and evenly. There were no hot spots or sticking. Now for the bad: I hate, don't hate lids. They went to the trouble of making good quality pots - they even covered the handles with rivets - but they made the lids cheaper! They are NOT made of glass. Instead, they're polished stainless steel, which would be fine if the handles were (1) riveted and (2) roomy enough to put your hand through! The handles are tiny and of course they get quite hot, so you'll need a glove or other heat protection. There's no way, just no way, to just pick up these damn things! I've dropped these caps more times than any other I've had. I intend to contact Green Pan and ask for glass lids as described. I doubt I'll get them, but there's no harm in asking. Edit: I just noticed that the main page lists brushed stainless steel lids and the item description page lists glass lids. Hmm, I hate it when that happens. Lids aside, this is a very nice set to have around the house or to add to your collection.
