Buy stainless steel with plastic handles

The blade has no corrosion resistance at all, rust and stains appeared after the first use. The wooden handle began to shrink, creating an ugly gap between it and the blade for germs and other things to hide and grow. I suppose if you wash and dry it thoroughly right after each use you can prevent the blade from rusting but the wooden handle will come loose.
