I wouldn't even say these are ready to glue cuts, they are like show quality cuts - no post processing required. Even without a zero-gap insert, chipping isn't a problem. R4512, doesn't cut as slowly as I thought for such thin teeth. Be careful though, the riving knife says it's made for thin kerfs, but it's still too thick for that and needs sharpening for the job. I sanded down the paint and spent over an hour getting it just right, but it still holds up like crazy - way too thick for such a thin blade.
