Review on Compressor Silencer Compressor Replacement Accessories by Ognjen Cao

This replaces the filter/muffler that came with my $1200 pond aerator pump. The original filter costs between $68 and $125 for the same model number. Shocking! This replacement has a pleated filter that offers better dust filtration (the pump is installed in a closet next to a dirt road that generates a lot of dust) and the pond is surrounded by poplar trees that produce airborne seeds annually. I plan to purchase replacement filter cartridges to keep this unit fully functional each year and to minimize wear on the aerator pump. I can't really comment on the noise canceling feature as the pump is housed in a weatherproof closet and is about 2 blocks from my house.
