Review on Satin Nickel Schlage F51A ACC 619 Accent Door Lever Keyed Entry Lock - Premium Quality 1-Pack Solution by Bryan Ramirez

So our house is 15 years old with original Schlage door handles. The outside gate to the garage has a handle on the outside and this lever on the inside. Something on the side of the lever broke (probably a spring?) and the lever wouldn't return to its original position when you pulled it down to open the door. Disassembled and seen that the model number is stamped on the inside of the lever. Couldn't find any parts (even on the Schlage website) by model number. So I finally bought this and only used half the product (inside keyless lever) to replace my broken lever. It works as intended, but I ended up just throwing away the new external key lever as my original handle still worked. This product is fine, but Schlage is dissatisfied that it doesn't support/provide parts for older products.
