Review on Samsung U32D970Q Professional Monitor - 3840x2160p, 55Hz, UHD by Tim Stowers

Deafening! I bought it to replace a 30" HP 2560x1600 (which I rented). Connected it to my GeForce GTX 760 via DisplayPort and it worked right away. It's so crisp and clear! it looks better than standard monitors, even if it comes from a high quality IPS monitor the picture on this one is significantly better. You don't see all the little sparks that come with the more aggressive anti-reflective coating. They fall into the golden mean. I mainly use it for photo editing and it works great for that. The factory color calibration is amazing and CLARITY again! It's also slightly larger than my HP, but only marginally because the bezels are very thin. The USB 3.0 hub works with no problems - I use it for my webcam and the Logitech wireless keyboard adapter I've used HP at 100% scaling in Windows 8.1 and I've used it at 150% o with scaling because a lot of people are complaining about Microsoft's Windows 8.1 Implementation seem to complain, but from the distance I'm sitting it's great - very comparable to normal scaling on a standard monitor. I have a feeling this is one of those systems. Updates that change my entire computing experience.
