Best make an effort in gearboxes and transmissions

I noticed these bushings earlier while browsing the automotive department. So when I got a '99 Civic with an annoyingly loose shifter, I looked under the car and figured it would be an easy job. It was easy, but not easy - removing the half-rusted bolts under the car and installing bushings on the gearbox side was no picnic. But I would say the end result was worth it; Parts are inexpensive and the derailleur feels better than new.
