This is good quality, it has excellent magnetic force. (Some don't have enough grip to hold on to metal, especially with all the weight of the bits in the holes.) This one holds up even when full of bits. A small amount of air from an air gun to keep the metal shavings from filling the holes and dusting off the bits. I even carefully drilled a few larger holes to hold some oversized tools in the magnetic stands. One of my stands has become a permanent addition to my old set of 1/4" ratchet drives. It installed onto the lid of the set. It includes extensions, hex bits, etc. Keep them all handy and ready to go with the added power of the Ratchet Lever I have no regrets about this purchase at all.
