Very efficient Customer Service Management Software

Faveo has helped us manage customer service requests in a simple manner.The interface is very user friendly and is very easy to use.There is no downtime in the system that I have noticed in the last 2 years that we have been using Faveo. The support team is very responsive and always help us resolve our queries. I really want to recommend Faveo to everyone who want to have a customer service management system. It is a very reliable option and is easy to use for all types of teams. The dashboard view of our service request is very useful. This is the only feature that I am missing. I wish there was a way to add more fields to the dashboard view. It has been a very good experience with Faveo. It has helped us manage our service requests in a very organized manner.

  • All my tickets are listed here so it helps me keep track easily without accessing each separate ticket individually or entering into different tabs etc.It's just one click away from your email inbox :) which makes things easier while working as per priority wise.Very interactive UI ,Easy navigation between various screens/tabs & dashboards /logs.etc..and great UX designs !!!
