Probably the best sealer on the market but installation was a hassle you know what. There were no instructions included. I tried the soapy water trick but it didn't work very well, it just wouldn't slide on the track, then I tried spraying WD 40 on the track to make it slide better but I still couldn't get it to do it , on the track to slip track. I almost gave up and tinted it in the trash when I discovered the trick to installing this thing. After you got it working on the track, I started on the left, pushed it to the right, you pull on the end, pull it to the right, and when you do it with your other hand, pull and pull the other Over, pull on, slide to the right, and the damn thing slides down the track with no problem. Once installed I liked it, the extra folded section in the middle should prevent it from flattening out over time like the original on my door did. Some simple instructions and tips on how to install this thing would be much appreciated. This is a much heavier and more durable rubber than the original garage door. Probably the best thing you can buy for your door. Remember to stretch the left side while pulling it to the right.
