Review on 🔫 High-Pressure Professional Pistol Grip Grease Gun: STEINBRÜCKE - 6000 PSI with 18" Flex Hose by Bill Martinson

I ordered this grease gun after reading many reviews. I was looking forward to using it on my lawn mower. Installation required some help from a YouTube video as this pistol has a latch that needs to be pushed in to release the butt. (See pic #1.) The problem I had was that the pinched end of the hose that connects to the gun had a leak that showed up after the gun was primed. (See photo #2.) That same evening I emailed support asking for a replacement. The next day I received a prompt reply and promised a replacement. The package arrived two days later. To my surprise, there was a whole block inside. Since then I have been using the weapon successfully. This is a well assembled unit, the manufacturing defect is understandable. Customer service was excellent!
