🔫 High-Pressure Professional Pistol Grip Grease Gun: STEINBRÜCKE - 6000 PSI with 18" Flex Hose Review

So far so good. The first day I let 6 or 7 tubes of lube through. No priming issues, perfect length for hoses (no need to wrestle with the grease hose to turn the pump on). good quality feeling. I particularly appreciate the thread for the pump. Threads are cut square instead of thin sharp threads (eliminates cross threads). Since I'm here, I'm really going to buy another one (what's that marketing?).

Very good quality parts and solid construction. Comes with all the options you need. It's a bit disappointing to have the butt fully in and out of the air, but that's usually the case with any pistol. It's nice to be able to pump grease with one hand while filling the hub as the tire spins. No problem when connecting or disconnecting to the grease nipple. It takes a slight angle to pop out, but of course it doesn't accidentally come loose, which is great. Highly recommend this grease gun!

I've used 3 grease guns at big stores in the last 5 years, all have leaked from day one. This Brave X weapon was the best I've ever used and it hasn't leaked yet. Powerful piston spring, fills up quickly and doesn't require much gripping force. It seems well made as it's all metal as far as I can tell. With a LocknLube fitting, I was able to lubricate all of the fittings on my Kubota tractor in less than 15 minutes. I don't expect to have to replace it any time soon, but will buy the same unit…

I ordered this grease gun after reading many reviews. I was looking forward to using it on my lawn mower. Installation required some help from a YouTube video as this pistol has a latch that needs to be pushed in to release the butt. (See pic #1.) It took me 25 minutes to get this thing to pump lube. Bleeder valve, slightly unscrew the head, push the plunger while pumping. I almost gave up and then it magically started working. Okay, okay, I'm deluding myself. Then I connected the hose fitting to the 1st circus on my John Deere deck. So far I am satisfied with the grease gun. Most reviews of other less expensive products complained about the same thing - leaky fittings. Haven't seen it with that yet. The rubber seal in the tube is not damaged. The butt had enough tension to make loading the cartridge easier. The case has weight and is not made of cheap sheet metal. I have used and owned several grease guns in over 50 years and this one deserves 5 stars. My last dirty gun was a $15 Pittsburgh pistol and I always put off oil work because of the PIA that was the gun. With BraveX from start to finish. Block received in the mail. All parts were there. This is a quality tool that is among the top 5 grease guns in the study. Like some other people, I went to the trouble of filling and deflating it. But when it's done, it works great. Can't blame the gun in the air. I noticed that there was an air problem in the lube tube I had. After filling, it is enough to replace the tubes. I have had three hand lever pump grease guns and they all leak or stop pressure after a while. This Steinbruck grease gun still appears to be a very well built grease gun. I like the fact that there is almost no mess when loading the cartridge. The loading T-handle on the lower cylinder has a lever that blocks the spring tension on the T-handle.
