Great software solution with many possibilities

FTS express is a great system for billing and customer care. I like the system's simplicity and the fact that the system is fully customizable. I like that the system is scalable and that I can add more modules and add more features as I need. I do not like the fact that the system is not as easy to use as I wish it to be. I wish it was more user-friendly.

Pros

The software interface looks nice.
It has many options in terms off configuring your own needs, which makes this product very flexible if you have different clients with various demands/requirements when using their services or products within an organisation; such flexibility allows tailoring specific solutions so these are tailored towards individual client requirements there will generally always remain something available even under difficult conditions
